  • Easy. Microwave frozen burritos for 3-3:30 minutes on high. Then wait a couple minutes. If you’re oven-curious, remove burritos from their container, wrap in foil, and cook at 350⁰ for 45 minutes. Our packaging has a perforated strip for easy, on-the-go eating!

  • With your mouth. But after it’s cooled. We just tear off the perforated strip and go to town but feel free to experiment! We’ve heard it makes a great centerpiece on a plate surrounded by veggies and/or fruit…

  • #1 Freshness. We focus on making our burritos as delicious as possible, then getting them to you as quickly as possible. Other frozen burritos are made to withstand months in the freezer before you even have a chance at them. If we do our job properly, your frozen burritos won’t last weeks, much less months in your freezer.  

    #2 Sous Casa’s burrito recipes are thoroughly tested and approved by Jim Hamilton and his team of talented chefs. Jim’s a rock star in the kitchen and cooks for rock stars like Beyonce/Jay Z, Jon Bon Jovi, and Phish.

  • Depends on the jalapeños we have that day (each batch is totally different) but we try to balance making your meal accessible with a kick. If you like spicy, we’ve got you covered.
